Scott's research examines consumer behavior; consumer, societal, and environmental well-being; public policy; services marketing. Her research studies how to help improve consumers’ financial, health and food decisions.

Paul Bentley, Ph.D. serves as an Assistant Teaching Professor for the Arizona State University School of Public Affairs, and he is a member of the Next Generation Service Corps (NGSC) leadership team.
